Derek Seay at Hyer Quality Detail was great to work with. I took my wife’s Tesla M3 in for a chrome delete and ceramic coating. Derek recommended which services specifically addressed my concerns and took great care of the car while it was being serviced at Hyer Quality Detail. He even made sure it was charged for the drive home. Derek was immediately responsive to my messages and accurate as to cost and timeframe. Last week I had HQD put a layer of paint protection film and ceramic coating on my new 2023 F-150 Raptor. I worked with Derek and he did a fantastic job quoting me and explaining the entire process. I had no experience with this type of service and after speaking with Derek I had no reservations about having Hyer do this work. He really sold me on using them. Hyer started and finished the job on time with no delays. During my two visits, their shop appears very neat and well organized, which is always a good sign. The workmanship of the PPF appears outstanding, although admittedly it’s still new. But so far there are no frayed edges or uncovered areas. If you’re interested in automotive detail, my suggestion is to give Derek at Hyer a call.

I’m new to all of this ceramic coating and car protection stuff just to start by saying that. When it came to choosing a place a couple things came to mind. Cost, quality and public approval. Hyer Quality excelled at all of these things and the packages they offer, service they (Derek) deliver and effort they give to make sure you get exactly what you want was memorable and worth the time and money! I just bought a new Mustang and needed to protect it and getting the ceramic coating and protective film was the best route! Derek wasn't a sleezy salesman but a friend that cared for what was best for me and thats what I got! Honestly would recommend these guys over anyone else and they deserve the countless 5/5 reviews that they get! Thanks to all that helped!

It's important to note that the process from start to finish was great.The PPF coverage on my Mercedes G-63 was complete and thorough. All vulnerable areas, such as the hood, fenders, front bumper, mirrors, and side panels, were fully covered, providing optimal protection from scratches, chips, and other types of damage.Overall, the PPF installation on my Mercedes G-63 was top-notch. I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service and work provided by Hyer Quality Detail. I had them chrome delete, tint turn signals and rear reflectors, and apply Paint Protection Film to the front of the hood on my new 2023 Mazda CX-50. Price and scheduling was very reasonable, and the work was done within a day. Derek was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable; definitely made the whole process easy. Derrick and Hyer were amazing! I We dropped our new car off at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, and they had it ready to pick up on Friday at 3:00 p.m. They treated our Mazda CX50 like it was a million dollar Ferrari. They did a half clear bra, and ceramic protection inside and out. We had our GMC HD AT4 done last year the same and it still looks like I just drove it off the show room floor. Saying Wow! would be an understatement. Hyer Quality Detail is a Top Tier Ceramic Pro detailing company.I first heard of them through my Ford dealership service writer. After talking with Taylor and Dereck, I scheduled an appointment for the following week. Because of the meticulous attention to prepping the truck and the Ceramic Pro application, I left the truck for two days, dropping it off on a Monday afternoon and picking it up on Wednesday.I originally scheduled the “Silver” package but decided on an additional coat of protection going with the Silver Plus. The whole process was effortless, as every detail was explained to me.The results are remarkable, with the finish feeling smoother than the factory clear coat.I highly recommend Hyer Quality Detail and Ceramic Pro; these guys know what they’re doing. The team at Hyer Quality Detail is absolutely fantastic! I don't know if there are enough superlatives to use to describe the customer service or the attention to detail this company has. We had our newly purchased Porsche 911 Turbo S delivered directly from the dealership for PPF. The use of XPEL paint protection film was one of the main reasons we chose HQD. Taylor kept us informed the entire time and we even were able to visit the shop during the process. If you have any doubts, DON'T. Do not drive a high value car on the Arizona roads without seeing the guys at HQD first. You won't regret it. Our new addition looks amazing!

A lot of businesses out there — many with reviews that are just as good as this one — looking to take your money and run. What’s a good check against this? Trust. Can you trust the person in front of you, especially when it comes to higher-priced services such as what this shop offers? I met Derek at this shop last summer in hopes of getting an honest opinion on existing tint work. I used to work in sales. From the start, I could tell I was talking to a genuine person that wasn’t giving me the typical sales pitch. Flash forward to December, I’m back in Arizona and — because I remember his honesty — I call him up to schedule a two-stage paint correction and ceramic coat application. I didn’t think about calling anyone else. Derek Seay there is a trusted sales professional.The shop does good work. I will be returning to Derek due to cat and dog nails damaging their work on my black car. I will post a review on that experience as well.

This shop is a first class facility. The technicians are trained very well. No amatuers here. I used them for clear bra on my new GMC AT4 pick-up. Very intricate front bumper design. I recently purchased an X6 and wanted to protect my new investment by getting an Xpel paint protection wrap (satin & gloss combo) along with a UV protection window tint (99% protection). I researched all the valley wide highly rated dealers and am so thankful that I found Hyer Quality Detail. From top to bottom, their their name is a genuine representation of the high end finished product and service that is delivered. My service manager, Taylor, was amazing! He was incredibly easy to work with and possessed all the knowledge you would anticipate when working in a luxury auto environment. He provided valuable suggestions on what sheens would look best in each location of the vehicle to ensure the end result was unique and over the top. The window tint was top notch with the best products the industry offers. On the day of pickup, Soto, one of shop managers, assisted in performing a thorough walkthrough to make sure all details were addressed to my satisfaction. If there were any areas of concern, he intelligently provided a valid explanation and on the spot correction if needed. He is an artist at what he does along with the whole entire shop staff. They take their time and give your vehicle the TLC that it deserves in all applications. I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result overall. If you care about high end finishes and attention to the granular details then there is no better place I would recommend then Hyer Quality Detail. HQD is a true car enthusiast shop if your looking to get work for protecting and making your car look good. I found them through an IG ad and can tell you they were quick to respond via text. Derek reached out and gave me different options based on what I was requesting for my brand new 2023 C8 Corvette. I was looking for clear bra and ceramic coating. They offer Xpel and Ceramic Pro (what I chose) along with paint correction to ensure they are protecting the most beautiful finish they can. Even though it was a new car, there may have been some spots that needed to be taken care of. Before setting an appointment I stopped in the shop where I met Soto, the shop foreman. As I was asking questions about the clear bra process, he invited me to take a look at the machine where all the clear bra the panels are computer cut for precision. He also gave me a tour of all the different workstations and bays where the work on my car would be done. Each area is separated by physical walls to minimize any cross contamination. I have seen many shops, and this is by far one of the nicest all around. From the retail lobby, to back of house it was impressive. After touring the shop, I spoke with Derek and we agreed upon the services I wanted. I also inquired about doing a two-tone wrap to which he needed to check on the availability of the person who does that work and also get a quote for it. Later that same day, Derek gave me the quote and assured me it could all be done in the same 2 1/2 days I had expected. Today I picked my car up and I can tell you all of my expectations were not met but exceeded. Derek, Soto and their teams did a phenomenal job! Hyer, the owner was there, but working with another customer so I did not get to tell him this myself, but hope to share this feedback in person. Derek said he would be reaching out to schedule a follow up appointment to check over the work and ensure everything is still up to their standards, and give it another wash. The team at Hyer Quality Detail is simply outstanding. They have experience, they have great product but most of all they have a great attitude. I spoke to many workers there and they were all super chill. That is why I chose them and why I can confidently refer them to be strongly considered for getting any work like this done. Thank you Hyer and team for a job well done and giving me the confidence to drive my C8 without major rock chip fears!

The customer service and quality of work are great here! I worked with Taylor and he was super communicative and informative in helping me decide what type of wrap and window tinting to put on my Tesla Model Y. He also helped me feel confident in getting my rims and T badges powder coated in satin bronze and getting some touchup done to some road side damage in the front bumper. By far the best customer service I have received in a long time! Friendly service, easy to talk to, quick to respond and actually followed through on the work being done - seems hard to find that in any business around here lately!
