A few things to note before your appointment:
AT DROP OFF: At the time of drop-off please expect to speak with our service advisor, Derek. We schedule in 15-minute intervals, so please do your best to arrive on time. If you are early or late, please feel free to enjoy our lounge and amenities until a service advisor becomes available.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Our prices are tax inclusive, but we do have a 3% processing fee when using a card. However, you can avoid the processing fee by paying with cash, Zelle, cashier’s check, or ACH. If you’d like the ACH option, please let us know a good email to send your invoice to, and plan to complete payment promptly so it can be processed by the time your vehicle is complete. Thank you.
CARD KEY VEHICLE OWNERS: Please remember to bring your card key, and we ask that you deactivate any PINs and valet mode so that we may access the areas required for the installation process.
For off-road vehicles or cars with mud accumulation, we ask that you complete a pre-service mud removal, as mud may interfere with our prep process.
