I hereby authorize, Hyer Quality Detail (HQD), to operate the submitted vehicle for purposes of services and/or delivery, at my risk. I release HQD from any and all liability or claims arising out of, or related to, any loss, damage, or injury, as a result of services performed.
I understand that HQD cannot guarantee full removal of contaminants or paint defects. I acknowledge HQD will not be held liable for complications resulting from issues and/or pre-existing damage that was present, but not visible, prior to work being completed. Furthermore, HQD cannot guarantee, and holds no liability for, the outcome of work completed on non-OEM paint, as quality of resprayed substrates varies widely.
Customer acknowledges the inherent risks associated with PPF/vinyl application and removal. The greatest of those risks being paint lifting due to weak paint underneath and/or aged adhesive in the removal process. Because HQD has no way of knowing the condition of the paint underneath, customer agrees that HQD will not be held liable for paint damage of any type as a result of such services.
Customer understands that PPF/vinyl installations often require minor touch-ups, and agrees to return within 14 DAYS to get those standard touch-ups completed. Customer acknowledges PPF is not warrantied against rock chips, and that warranties are offered through the product manufacturer [Xpel] and are fulfilled at their discretion.
Customer understands Ceramic Coating applications require a NO WASH/NO WIPING DOWN period of 14 DAYS, and that proper maintenance techniques are required to uphold the warranty. Additionally, coatings are not warrantied against scratching or water spots, and may require annual inspection to fulfill warranty requirements. Customer acknowledges that warranties are offered through the product manufacturer [Ceramic Pro] and are fulfilled at their discretion.
Customer understands tint applications require they do not roll their windows down for 3 DAYS.
Customer hereby agrees to remit payment for any and all services agreed upon, verbally or written, prior to the vehicle being released. Failure to pay will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to a mechanic’s lien.
