Excellent, service by the team over at HQD. Got the silver package ceramic coating with partial front PPF with Xpel film. Derek especially was very professional and responsive. He explained the process and provided useful information for maintenance. Turnaround time was as explained prior to drop off, no delays there. This shop is a first class facility. The technicians are trained very well. No amatuers here. I used them for clear bra on my new GMC AT4 pick-up. Very intricate front bumper design. Perfect installation. Derek took the time to make sure i understood the process as well as informing me of additional services they offer to protect headlights and fog lights. I am glad i chose them. Derek even accomodated a tight completion window to make it stress free for me. Highly recommend Hyper Quality Detail.

I recently purchased an X6 and wanted to protect my new investment by getting an Xpel paint protection wrap (satin & gloss combo) along with a UV protection window tint (99% protection). I researched all the valley wide highly rated dealers and am so thankful that I found Hyer Quality Detail. From top to bottom, their their name is a genuine representation of the high end finished product and service that is delivered. My service manager, Taylor, was amazing! He was incredibly easy to work with and possessed all the knowledge you would anticipate when working in a luxury auto environment. He provided valuable suggestions on what sheens would look best in each location of the vehicle to ensure the end result was unique and over the top. The window tint was top notch with the best products the industry offers. On the day of pickup, Soto, one of shop managers, assisted in performing a thorough walkthrough to make sure all details were addressed to my satisfaction. If there were any areas of concern, he intelligently provided a valid explanation and on the spot correction if needed. He is an artist at what he does along with the whole entire shop staff. They take their time and give your vehicle the TLC that it deserves in all applications. I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result overall. If you care about high end finishes and attention to the granular details then there is no better place I would recommend then Hyer Quality Detail. This company did a wonderful job on my Maserati Ghibli! They kept the car for almost a week to ensure everything was done correctly! Derek was professional, very welcoming and extremely proficient! The team there rocks, I'm really happy with how my car looks! I got ceramic coat, paint correction, Calipers painted red, wheel repair and windows tinted. They did a great job!

HQD is a true car enthusiast shop if your looking to get work for protecting and making your car look good. I found them through an IG ad and can tell you they were quick to respond via text. Derek reached out and gave me different options based on what I was requesting for my brand new 2023 C8 Corvette. I was looking for clear bra and ceramic coating. They offer Xpel and Ceramic Pro (what I chose) along with paint correction to ensure they are protecting the most beautiful finish they can. Even though it was a new car, there may have been some spots that needed to be taken care of. Before setting an appointment I stopped in the shop where I met Soto, the shop foreman. As I was asking questions about the clear bra process, he invited me to take a look at the machine where all the clear bra the panels are computer cut for precision. He also gave me a tour of all the different workstations and bays where the work on my car would be done. Each area is separated by physical walls to minimize any cross contamination. I have seen many shops, and this is by far one of the nicest all around. From the retail lobby, to back of house it was impressive. After touring the shop, I spoke with Derek and we agreed upon the services I wanted. I also inquired about doing a two-tone wrap to which he needed to check on the availability of the person who does that work and also get a quote for it. Later that same day, Derek gave me the quote and assured me it could all be done in the same 2 1/2 days I had expected. Today I picked my car up and I can tell you all of my expectations were not met but exceeded. Derek, Soto and their teams did a phenomenal job! Hyer, the owner was there, but working with another customer so I did not get to tell him this myself, but hope to share this feedback in person. Derek said he would be reaching out to schedule a follow up appointment to check over the work and ensure everything is still up to their standards, and give it another wash. The team at Hyer Quality Detail is simply outstanding. They have experience, they have great product but most of all they have a great attitude. I spoke to many workers there and they were all super chill. That is why I chose them and why I can confidently refer them to be strongly considered for getting any work like this done. Thank you Hyer and team for a job well done and giving me the confidence to drive my C8 without major rock chip fears!

The customer service and quality of work are great here! I worked with Taylor and he was super communicative and informative in helping me decide what type of wrap and window tinting to put on my Tesla Model Y. He also helped me feel confident in getting my rims and T badges powder coated in satin bronze and getting some touchup done to some road side damage in the front bumper. By far the best customer service I have received in a long time! Friendly service, easy to talk to, quick to respond and actually followed through on the work being done - seems hard to find that in any business around here lately!

Hyer Quality Detail is the only place I’ll go for any detail work for my cars! They take so much time and care at the cars they work on, their shop is clean and bright, and their prices are very competitive!Hyer’s team has worked on my Q5 and my G80 M3. Both vehicles were taken in for tints all around and the Q5 had the front PPF’d and the special project was my M3 in for a whole stealth wrapped car. Both cars turned out great and any small issues I had, Hyer was more than happy to handle them with a smile. He values customer happiness and loyalty which is awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND1. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I reached out to HQD via their online website and was promptly followed-up with via text. This was immensely convenient. I was able to easily communicate and ask all the questions as they came up. Responses were always prompt, clear and helpful. I never felt pressured or dumb for asking a question. Scheduling an appointment to come in was straightforward and they were easily able to accommodate my schedule. They even helped with a Lyft so I wasn't stranded while they worked on my car. I had reached out to several other companies, but HQD was by far the easiest and most enjoyable to work with.2. EXCELLENT QUALITY: I got the paint protection film and ceramic coating. I don't drive anything fancy, but my car sure looks fancy now and I get so many compliments. It's been a few months now, and I still do a double take when I walk up to my car. It is so easy to keep clean and I love to see that water bead up when I'm washing it or it's getting rained on. This was my first time getting these types of services performed on one of my vehicles, and I am very satisfied with my investment.

“Customer Service” two words that HQD has not lost sight of….they live it! I started with a simple inquiry via their website. Within 15 minutes I received a text answer, on a weekend! I had lots of questions and every singe one was answered with the upmost respect.After about two weeks of texting I finally pulled the trigger. All I can say is WOW!! HQD only uses the highest quality products and treat your vehicle as if it was their own. Xpel Stealth ppf was used to wrap my Model Y, XR plus tint on the windows, and they even blacked out my badges.From the initial text to final delivery of my vehicle, it has been nothing short of amazing!! Cheers to HQD!!Follow up to my previous review…It’s been about a year since I had my Model Y and, a few months later, wife’s Model 3 wrapped and tinted. I was told by “the haters” that wrapping is a waste of money and doesn’t last long. Well I’m here to tell you that both Teslas look like the day they were wrapped. No fading, peeling, or hazing. Most of all front ends are protected. No doubts in who will wrap and tint my next vehicle….HQD!

Brought in my new 2022 Tundra TRD Pro for partial PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic tint. Derek and his Hyer Quality Detail team took great care of my truck was able to get all of the work done pretty quickly. The truck looks great and I am really happy with how well the tints block out the heat here in the desert. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who is looking to do any detailing to their vehicle. Skip the dealer grade tints and bring your vehicle here, you will be happy you did.

Extremely happy with their service! I live in the west valley and called a couple places around me for a quote on paint correction and ceramic coating, but the prices and availability weren’t right. But I stumbled on HQD and they were very thorough with their prices. Even better.. they were able to take my Lexus ES 350 F-Sport in right away! Dereck and HQD were quick to respond and communicated throughout the service. It was about a 40min drive from where I lived but definitely worth the service!! I highly recommend & will be coming back 😊

I mostly texted him with my questions & he was very prompt in responding. Taylor is very knowledgeable about Hyer Quality's products & services. He explained the ones that would fit my budget. I talked with six ceramic coating and detail shops around The Valley before I went with Hyer. I couldn't be more happy with the service and work product. Taylor is customer experience rocks. The shop facility is pro and comfortable to work in while waiting. Price point wasn't the highest or lowest of the six I talked with. I got a full ceramic coating, window tint all around including windshield and headlight tint. They were quick and responsive via text messaging before and after the sale. This was super convenient for me. Highly recommend.

Hyer Quality Detail was recommended to me for protective treatments on the paint, glass, interior leather, and wheels on a new 2022 Porsche Macan GTS with chalk colored paint, black Porsche Spyder wheels, and a black leather interior.They put their Track package clear bra on the front of the vehicle and all side surfaces exposed to possible road rocks hitting them as well as on the hatchback deck one can sail on to protect it from getting scratched when loading items into the back.They also put three coats of ceramic coating on all surfaces to protect the paint, wheels, and glass which also made the car look absolutely stunning!Hyer also just detailed the Macan for me after some kind of oil got sprayed onto the vehicle while driving. They did a great job removing the oil which easily came off because of the protective coatings they had applied.Hyer knows what they are doing and I am glad they were recommended to me and that I chose them for their expertise in applying products to protect the look of my new vehicle for the short and long term with the investment I made in it.

We used Hyer Quality Detail for PPF, Ceramic Coating and Window Tinting our 2023 BMW X7. Things went extremely smooth , right from scheduling with Derek to the day we picked up the vehicle. Taylor gave us an overview of the vehicle showing the work. When we expressed our concern regarding bugs during return trip (it was getting dark already), Taylor gladly gave us a new bug spray and micro fiber cloth so we can get it cleaned right away after reaching home. We certainly did not have any of that @ hand. It helped greatly to have one handy when we came home. We also met Hyer (owner) while we were there and he answered all questions patiently and even let us take a sneak peak at R1S. This shop had a lot of high end cars (AMG G63, GT series, Tesla Y & X, Rivian R1S, Lucid etc etc) and that tells me this is the place to go to. We will be taking our soon to arrive R1S to Hyer Quality Detail!!

Taylor took great care with my car. I had the windows tinted, not as dark as many people but was more concerned about heat protection and this was the recommendation to meet what I needed. Had our black Palisade done after driving off the lot, one stage paint correction, 5 yr coating, and door edge/cup protectors - still looks great 2 yrs later. Most recently had my new-to-me F150 detailed and coated with their one year coating along with door edge/cup protectors. They even installed emblem decals for me that I bought online to match them to the paint! Service is great, communication superb. Highly recommend.

Super cool shop, very professional, and high (hyer, lol) quality work. I worked with Taylor and he provided great customer service and explained everything. Everyone in the shop is very professional. The shop itself is very nice, and Taylor even gave me a personal tour. I would highly recommend for auto detailing, PPF, tint, and ceramic coating.

Just used Hyer to do chrome delete on my wife’s new escalade along with film and ceramic coating. Being that is was a surprise for her I needed things to move in a certain manner.
